Good Morning
Wow, did I have a great night sleep last night! Two nights of three hours or less doesn't do
me well.
John is making progress.
Pain was an issue last night, hope we are on top of it now. Still a bit of confusion, but more clear than
yesterday. He is working with
Occupational Therapy now and moving to the chair. Next up is face washing and tooth
brushing. His legs are twitchy today, so
hopefully moving around will help that. They will start with a diuretic today to try
to get rid of some of the puffyness especially in his hands.
More later.

So glad you finally got some sleep and that John continues to improve. And thanks for the updates! It's so wonderful to be able to follow his progress. Love to all!

Hi Colleen, Glad to hear the John is doing so well with his new heart!! Would it be ok to put his name on the prayers for Mass this weekend?
We at HFK are keeping both of you in our prayers.
I and the rest of the staff send their love.
Karen
