3/18/24 update

Yesterday was a pretty large backward step.  Lots of pain although we did find that muscle relaxers are a big help.  That made the latter half of the day more tolerable.  It seems that the pain is lessened although the keeper of the pain might not agree.  This outside viewer, who can't feel the pain, believes it is less.  We did take a short car ride today, way ahead of last time's schedule.  So that is a good indicator.  Hopeful that tomorrow will be better yet.
