2/24/24 update

Yesterday, after the outing to Safeway, Colleen asked to take a walk down to the creek.  This walk was a bit farther than the Safeway walk.  

This morning we went to trail that we normally walk on each morning, and walked a bit of it.  Not terribly far but it was so good to get a bit of normalcy back.

This afternoon, John went down to Tukwila and brought his heart donor's sister up for a visit  Kristine was in town for some training starting tomorrow.  We had a terrific visit, learning more about her, her mom and. of course, her brother.  Some of the conversations brought tears.  But we were all so happy to have had the time together.  It had been almost five years since we were last together.  A very good last two days!
