Reduced to chick flicks

The Proposal, 27 dresses, Sweet Home Alabama, You’ve got mail, Blind Side, What happens in Vegas, “Good Grief” John cries, is that all we can get? Well, yes, for several days that was just about it. We watched more movies in the past week than we have in 20 years. No CNN, BBC, ESPN, nothing transmitted via satellite. We only had canned shows. From Iceland to Nova Scotia, that was it and even leaving Nova Scotia satellite reception was off and on.
Now we have transmitted shows, but the seas are so rough and John is ill. He came down with a sore throat and cough. The doctor on board, a cardiologist, has him on ZPAK, which has worked in the past. He even skipped going to the dining room for dinner last night, a sure sign of a problem.
The weather reports show that as we head south into this wind and rough sea, Otto is turning toward us. YIKES!
