03.10.2020 Final for today

Hello everyone,

It seems confirmed that we will be flying home, likely tomorrow.  The disembarkation process seems to be really slow.  Schedules are not able to be followed.  Sometimes a luggage tag color gets skipped because the plane for them hasn’t arrived yet. 

We have been told the same thing by Senator Patty Murray’s office, by the Washington State Director of Public Health and John’s cardiologist.  Chris, you started this and we are in your debt.  Many people went to bat for us strongly.  We were down this morning and made our calls out of desperation.  The ball started rolling and around noon we were feeling reassured that all would end well.

So, another night confined and hopefully soon home to own bed.  We won’t be able to go to the store or have contact with people.  We can walk around the block but must avoid people. All in all, a small price to pay considering the bullet it seems that we have avoided.
