The night before

7.27.15

Not the relaxing day that we were expecting.  We had been told that he would have an ultrasound of his carotid artery, well an hour later, ultrasounds had been done of the carotid artery, abdominal aorta, femoral artery, and ankles.  Physical Therapy came in twice, we have walked five times today, lots of blood work and other tests, got his Hep B shots, two of them.  No time for a nap today.  Waiting for lab results to see if the potassium levels are lower due to the extra diuretic.

The nurse is letting the monitoring equipment run on battery power and telemetry so we can walk when we want.   Much nicer.

Tomorrow is a big day.
