Update 10.28.15

Three months since surgery.  It seems like ages ago to both of us.  We are very used to the machine and the routine it requires.  We are also very anxious to get the transplant now that the three month waiting period is over.  We saw Dr. Masri on Monday and expressed that sentiment.  She seemed to agree with us.  She took us off of the last new medication from the surgery.  The lack of that medication will cause difficulties managing INR (blood thinning) which has been difficult enough lately.  The UWMC is very careful to not allow the INR number to be below 2.5.  We'll get through this too, just takes some time.
